To achieve this miracle, the modder utilized a special XOC BIOS that is built for high overclocking. It allows the user to go beyond the sensible limits of any custom BIOS, including the most severe AIBs. As a result, you’ll often see an XOC BIOS used in overclocking competitions to break/set the most insane records using liquid nitrogen cooling and other outlandish methods.

The modder confirmed that the XOC BIOS he’s using is compatible with the ASUS TUF edition of the RTX 3090 Ti, but not the one he’s using. That said, it appears that variations like the EVGA KINGPIN and GALAX Hall of Fame, which are already out of this world, would profit the most from this, especially as both of them come with dual 16-pin PCIe Gen5 power connections for up to 1200W total output.

However, most RTX 3090 Ti models have only one 16-pin power connection.
